Eric House

Eric House is the Senior Vice President of Business Development. He has worked in various capacities in the healthcare industry in both marketing and operations for the founding companies of USMD. Most recently, as VP of International Development he developed the first Cyberknife for robotic radiosurgery in all of Latin America in Monterrey, Mexico – a joint-venture cancer facility established between USMD and the Christus Muguerza group.

Mr. House has also served as President of Marketing and Business Development for a real estate development firm where he was responsible for raising foreign investment and sourcing from Asia as well as marketing, advertising and business development. He is an alumnus of SMU and a successful entrepreneur who, while in school, co-founded a campus laundry service which he and his business partner later expanded to multiple other Universities and is still in operation to this day. The business was renowned for numerous creative marketing techniques and, notably, an advertising campaign that Eric created was awarded first place in the nation for best newspaper print campaign.

Eric has travelled extensively and even had the opportunity to study Chinese at the prestigious Tsinghua University in Beijing. He and his wife Julie have one young son, Jameson. Eric can be contacted at eric.house@usmdinc.com.
