Karen A. Fiducia, FACHE

Karen A. Fiducia, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over twenty-six years of hospital administrative management experience.  She has provided strong administrative leadership to healthcare facilities in both rural and urban environments and brings a proven record in creative solutions, expansion of services, team building, physician recruitment and financial management.  Her leadership skills and commitment to maintaining a strong physician base and management team at the hospitals in which she has served have enabled her to lead the successful operational and financial turnaround of a number of healthcare facilities.

Ms. Fiducia’s prior leadership positions, such as Chief Executive Officer at facilities for companies like Quorum Health Resources, have provided Ms. Fiducia with the opportunity to be successfully involved in a leadership role of new construction, renovation and physician joint ventures.  Ms. Fiducia currently uses her highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to manage two cutting-edge hospitals, USMD Hospital at Arlington and USMD Hospital at Fort Worth.  Ms. Fiducia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, an MA in Clinical Psychology and an MS in Health Care Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
